Ashley Sims is a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) with six years of experience in the mental health field. She works with adults ages 18 and older experiencing anxiety, depression, PTSD, grief and bereavement, and life transitions. Ashley integrates an eclectic therapeutic approach tailored to each client’s needs, with a strong foundation in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. She also offers Christian counseling for clients seeking to incorporate faith into their therapeutic work. Services are available both in-person and via telehealth.
