Telehealth allows us to connect anywhere with secure and convenient appointments that save you time and hassle. There’s no need to deal with traffic when you can schedule and attend your appointments directly from a laptop or mobile device. You may participate in Telehealth visits if you have a desktop, laptop, tablet or mobile device with camera/audio capability and a strong internet connection. Our Telehealth platform is HIPAA compliant and will allow you to participate in a Telehealth visit on your device seamlessly.
To join your Telehealth visit, simply click on the unique session link that is provided via email. Additionally, you may join through our app – Advanced Telemedicine. To join through our app, enter the unique visit code. Both a session link and visit code will be emailed to you the day before your appointment. If you need another session link or visit code resent, please contact us at (614) 751-1090.
For optimal results, a reliable, highspeed internet connection with a bandwidth of at least 384kb will minimize connection issues and provide the best quality. We recommend the tools below to check your internet connection and resolution.

Logging into the appointment is easy. We recommend logging in 15 minutes prior to your Telehealth appointment. Your clinician will join you shortly when they see that you are present in our online lobby.
