Randall S. Cheloha, Ph.D.

Dr. Cheloha is a licensed clinical psychologist who currently works with adult and adolescent individuals as well as couples. Earlier in his career, he was a senior consultant with RHR International, a firm of licensed psychologists based in Chicago. He has worked in Adult Corrections, Pain/Disability Clinics, Juvenile Corrections, and Hospital settings. Dr. Cheloha later owned his own practice in Philadelphia, PA for over ten (10) years where he worked with a clinically diverse client base.


Randy holds an MS in industrial/organizational psychology from the Pennsylvania State University and a Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology from the University of North Dakota.  His APA-approved clinical psychology internship was completed at the University of Texas Southwestern Medical School at Dallas. He is a licensed psychologist in OH and is a member of APA Division 14 (Industrial/Organizational Psychology).


Randy has published on and presented to domestic and international audiences on multiple topics including mental health values, adult alcohol abuse, career management, job satisfaction, assessment, absenteeism, and leadership development.
