Michelle Webb-Fridman, LISW-S, LICDC

Mrs. Webb-Fridman is a licensed independent social worker with supervisor designation. Her counseling style is empathetic, integrative, pragmatic, and person-centered. “I believe that a therapeutic relationship should be a collaborative one in which you and I work together to discover creative strategies, solutions and, at times, even humorous insights, to help you practice new ways too thrive”. Mrs. Webb-Fridman’s previous clients have described her as “warm” and “genuine”. She has experience counseling adults, families, and teenagers coping with grief, trauma, chronic health issues, addition, existential concerns, sexuality, and recovery – “I look forward to exploring these area and more with you”. Mrs. Webb-Fridman’s work draws its influence from the counseling theories and styles of Carl Rogers, Viktor Frankl, Francine Shapiro, and Marsha Linehan.

 

Mrs. Webb-Fridman graduated from Columbus State Community College with her Associate of Applied Science in 2007. She graduated from Capital University with a Bachelor’s in Social Work in 2010 and from Case Western Reserve University with an MSSA in 2013, with dual focus in Social Work and Additions.

 

In addition, Mrs. Webb-Fridman is a Licensed Independent Chemical Dependency Counselor and is certified in Mindfulness. She enjoys spending time with her family, friends, meditating, practicing yoga, reading philosophy, painting, and enjoying nature photography.
